didnt have time to exercise today so naturally my calories are NOT high… first day off from working out in a while!
eating a little healthier…which is good!breakfast:
coffee, soy milk, blueberries 140 cal
lunch:
small soy latte, half turkey sandwich w/half bread on half (ha) had cheese and avocado, small amount of salad with a few pieces tofu, 4 pretzel rods 595 cal
dinner:
salad greens maybe a tablespoon of dressing but i think less… dipped fork in only.
4 cocktail shrimp and a little cocktail sauce
4 strawberries
tsp whipped cream
sip of coffee with milk
150
snacks:
2 meringue cookies
1 lollipop
200 cal
1085 total
