up super early. on the treadmill super early. not much food early in the day. some days are just like that.
tired tonight. so maybe sleep will come easy!! a girl can hope.

2 cups fruit salad 200
3/4 0% fage yogurt 75
tsp sugar 15
12oo or so. cant do math tonight.
