it was a rough 4 days because my husband wasnt home- he was with my son at camp! my kids come home soon and i cannot wait!!!
here’s my food and exercisebreakfast:
coffee and soy milk 50 cal
lunch:
tasti- d- light (frozen yogurt) 250-300
snack/dinner:
lots of my homemade granola…YUMMM probably 1.5 cups prob 600 calories?!
cantelope 50
3 meringue cookies 150ish
total calories:
1150
exercise: an hour of weight training.
