• Jenny asks listeners to call in with any weight related topics
• Jenny talks about a recent story about a woman who wrote an article in Vogue magazine about putting her 7 year old daughter on a diet
• Jenny weighs in her opinion about the topic and thought it was unnecessary for the mother to publically discuss this. Jenny wants to know if you feel the same way
• Listeners call in and weigh in on the topic
• Jenny talks about 60 minutes, Dr Lustig claiming that sugar is ‘toxic’, Jenny agrees with the doctor and wants to know listeners opinions on it
• Jenny talks about her childhood, and how her mother had put her on several diets growing up
• After the break, Jenny wants to know if you know your BMI, and if you think your too fat, too thin, or just right
