Why are people so mean? I love your blog and show. You are funny and clever, plus helpful to so many. And as far as weight and body image issues, it is hard to be a woman in the society we live in! Especially the NY metro area. Keep talking and blogging….. loving it! Btw, did you ever read, Portia de Rossi’s Unbearable Lightness? Wonderful book.

I don’t want to sound mean, just concerned (even though I don’t really know you)…You really should try to eat a little more – 1000 calories is not enough. Your body will start holding on to fat instead of burning it because it will think it’s in starvation mode. Add some more protein (lean) and veggies and calcium is good for you (that cottage cheese and sliced cheese is great). You may even jump start yourself off of your plateau. You’ve had an amazing journey so far with your weight loss and your dedication to the treadmill and other exercise is great!! I need some of your willpower and motivation. Once you have your eating habits more nutritionally sound, your entire body will thank you. OK, said my piece. I do still enjoy the show and the website. Thanks for sharing all that you do with the world. It is nice to know that all celebrities (yes you are a celebrity) are NOT perfect people. They can be “normal” like the rest of us. LOL Have a super day!

Keep talking about weight loss. I’m changing what I eat and exercising more and really enjoy listening to your show on the way home from work. I find the convos about how you and others are perceived differently post weight loss facinating. You and your guests inspire me. Keep it up!
