I’m the same way, and I dread going to the doctor cause they always want to weigh you. Dingbats! I come up with creative reasons why I can’t be weighed, like I am involved in a contest and I can’t weigh myself until New Years. Or my back went out and I just can’t step up on that thing. When I fear being weighed, I lost…I think I am so scared that I freak out if I eat. And when I think I’m good to go and weigh myself I gained a few. Such fun being a woman isn’t it? I’ve been skinny and heavy, so I know both sides.Good luck on the treadmill tomorrow. Hope you got a laugh from this.

i did laugh!!! i can so relate. but typically i do know how the scale is going to be. this am is ok. thk gd. nice to go into weekend with an acceptable number. we are all so sick!!! have a great day!! xo.
