no frills food diary tonight… enjoy!!!
breakfast:
a piece of challah with coffee and soy milk
lunch:
1 cup lowfat cottage cheese, some apple butter, some raisins, some fiber cereal added (like fiber1 but health food store brand)
snack:
lollipop
caffeinated hot cocoa
dinner:
salad with grilled chicken and some parmigian cheese, fat free balsamic dressing
some pita from “chop’t”
dessert:
fresh fruit
exercise:
over an hour on the treadmill. belly bloated tonight from fiber consumption.
