Hi Jenn, I was wondering if you have any suggestions for me. I have been counting calories for a few months now and walking over 2 miles about 5 times a week and to my dissapointment went to my Dr. yesterday and the scale has actually gone up not down. This is a very big let down for me and I am thinking there is something I am not doing. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thank you!

make sure you dont have insulin resistance.. check with your doctor- there’s blood work he can do. i am not a doctor but have learned a lot about all aspects of weight management!!! additionally i would say watch your carbs. AND add weight training. has more impact i believe than just cardio. dont be let down. keep going. let the disappoint leave NOW. half the battle is caring about yourself. since you do…you’ll get to where you need to be!!! xo.

Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. I will def. Give weights a try and keep an eye on the carbs, I’ll ask my Dr. About the sugar issue to make sure everything is in balance. I loved the show today I could not part from my desk, I listen on the computer while I work! Ha
I’ll keep listening.
