Have you tried Stevia to sweeten your coffee? I’m a very big coffee girl and am a sweetener as well! I know it’s not sugar and sometimes a little of the real deal is more satisfying but maybe you’ll like it? Also, it doesn’t cause tooth decay! Try it πŸ™‚ or at least think about it!

Can’t blame ya. I force myself to like itβ€”for the sake of my teeth, who hate me! πŸ™‚ Just thought I’d ask!

Maybe try sucanat? It is a minimally refined sugar.

Ok I’ll leave you alone now πŸ™‚ Carry on! lol

    HI Jenny.
I heard you on Ron and Fez .
Sounds like youare trying to eat healthier and get more excercise. Good deal.
Do yourself a favor and examine the foods that you eat. SOy is not really a good thing, It is a Genetically Modified food. Scary stuff! That means they can flood the fields with ROundup and teh soy plants will survive , Yum!\
Check out Rodale Press out of Emmaus Pa. They are looking to do a lot of organic foods, ALso check out Mercola.com good stories on all the crap foods . Lots of info out there.

We have joined an organic co-op and have gone with pesticide free vegetables fresh form the farm. Its a new experience for this suburbia raised boy.
ALso got away from meat factory chicken and beef. Organic meats are wonderful , and grass feed is teh best way to raise cattle.

Watch King Corn on HULU.com. I was surprised to find out what is done to raise cheap beef. Now that is really scary.
Oh and look at The World According to Monsanto.

ANd look at fluoride in toothpastes. I stopped all that nonsense. as well as Aspartame !

    SHocking !

HAve fun. Hope to hear you on Ron and Fez again,.

Best of luck with your website and satellite show. !!

    Pete

Pete is right, though. Some things have yet been proven widely, some not, but many studies are adding up to scary conclusions. It’s a personal decision, for sure, in whatever way you choose to live!

      Jenny,
There’s a documentary called “Fat Sick and Nearly Dead” that may be more up your alley, if you’re interested. And if not, ignore me πŸ™‚ It’s a REALLY inspiring story, including this totally adorable (nearly) 400lb truck driver who will melt your heart as he changes his life. Highly recommended and not boring.

You can rent it on Amazon, too. And I know how you love Amazon πŸ˜‰
