daily food diary 8.4.11

August 4, 2011 by 4 Comments

today i didn’t have any actual meals…some days are like that. BUT i did not eat candy. A LOT of fruit…but better choices all around.
so basically here’s what i ate and approximate calories based on amounts..

i made granola (recipe here) ate very little of it. but did have some almonds.
had watermelon, figs, raspberries, strawberries, one cheese stick, a banana, 2 meringue cookies, coffee and soy milk, and some lowfat cottage cheese with pineapple (prob half a cup)
about 1200 calories today

i did 50 minutes of weights and almost an hour on the treadmill. (check tales from the treadmill on the side bar- that was today)

It seems like you ate a lot less than 1200 calories. Also, Very little nutrition for almost two hours of exercise. Be careful

What ever you’re doing it’s working , you look great. I continue to count my calories everyday and am staying under 1200 a day and hop on the treadmill as often as I can, it’s moving slowly for me but it works. Thanks for sharing!

Wow! Are you still losing weight? You look goal, but your menu sounds like a diet to me. I have 100 lbs. to lose, four days ago I started my workout, food plan with my husband (who has 15 pounds to lose). You are quite an inspiration!

i can’t eat more than 1200 calories typically and expect to not gain weight. i am not trying to lose.. just maintain. you’re going to do great. takes time. but keep at it and a day at a time you will start feeling GREAT!
