daily food diary 8.6.11

Saturday 8.6.11:

breakfast:
coffee and soy milk

lunch:
salad with 2 slices of american cheese, lettuce, chicken breast, 1/4cup tuna salad with mayo, salad dressing on the side, tomatoes.. 3 chunks watermelon calories probably 550

snack:
some almonds 100 cal

dinner:
chinese food (ick i know0
low oil vegetable moo shoo – all vegetables in a light sauceNO PANCAKES
steamed tofu
a few bites fried chicken
one chicken in lettuce leaves (sauteed)
2 tbs brown rice
600

dessert:
an almond cookie
3 hershey chocolate drops
100

1500 calories!!! and i exercised by doing a bar method dvd at home.
