feel like i cant catch my breath lately. so much to do. kids come home soon thnk gd! busy as can be.

coffee and soy milk 50
snack:
black coffee with 2 tsp sugar 30
lunch:
some almonds from homemade granola (made with sugar, water, almonds, oats and dried fruit) 150
banana 110
2 lowfat cheese sticks 140
dinner:
100 cal chocolate bar
my homemade granola- but mostly the almonds 350
1.5 cups watermelon and cantelope 150
around 1100 calories
