here’s my disclaimer again… DO NOT do what i do. i am usually a healthier eater than ive been this week. and ill get back there!
i need vegetables and fruit!!! and by now, tonight, i am craving them both. but off to bed! here’s what i ate today:

breakfast was coffee with a packet of caffeinated swiss miss hot cocoa (new product!) and a splash of 2% milk plus half an eas protein shake.
total 160 calories.

lunch: 3/4 container of pineapple cottage cheese (lowfat/high protein) 360 calories and pretzel nuggets (200 calories)

dinner: lowfat cheesestick 70 calories and a very small piece of bday cake (250ish) (had one of my best friends surprise bday party)

total 1050 and i am so tired tonight i may actually sleep.

i did one good hour of weight training today for exercise.

tomorrow i will DEFINITELY have salad and fruit and probably an eggwhite omelette…

xoxo

I ate pretty good coffee Greek yogurt, sald banana for lunch another salad for dinner and a chicken and one beef sate but the sad part is I killed it with a drink of iced tea and sweet tea vodka! Celebrating a friends divorce and can’t get motivated to work out plus been on a migraine streak for about 3 days now. Can’t wait for it to end so I can get going again. Good job on your part for exercising Jenn!

How do you manage to eat so little for dinner with a husband and children sitting down to a meal? I wish dinner could be my lightest meal, but it is usually my biggest.

Just have to say that I am loving this blog, Jennifer. It is so much fun to read with my morning coffee. Plus it keeps me off Rue La La for a while! After catching the start of yesterday’s show I now know you are a Jennifer or Jenny. Which is interesting, I have two very close Jennifer friends, both are Jenn and not Jenny. Ok, today I am starting off healthy, egg whites. I just hope I can control myself around all the candy and junk at visiting day tomorrow!

Curious, you mention you do the Bar Method. How many cal do you burn in a one hr class? Thanks for sharing your journey – you’ve come a long way and should be so proud of yourself. Bravo!

Which EAS protein shake do you use? Thanks so much for this diary. I was trying to get some eating insight/ideas that were simple and do not take all day to prepare aand then I saw you were doing a food journal. It was like you were reading my mind. You are a great inspiration. Thanks.
